Somehow I have managed to injure my neck. Its the sort of small injury that actually ends up making you feel miserable.
That said I am very grateful for the lift home and my lavendar wheat bag. I got it whilst in the Barossa Valley from a lavendar farm Lyndoch Lavendar and it was originally a gift for Richard. However I have gotten more use out of it than he has I think.
